Happy Hump Day! Last weeks Motivation Monday post showed you like the animal me me's - so what's better than to share some more today?
"Dog's do it better!"
In this day and age, Selfies are literally taken by the minute - instagram is loaded with them! Let's just say, Dog's do it better!
"for all the fellow shorties out there!"
This one is for all the fellow shorties out there! Being a mere 5'2, I get teased a lot by my friends about my height! Well, to all us tiny humans - I love you too! <3
"this quote could not be more correct!"
Finally, Squirrels have a special place in my heart - they come by our garden every morning and jump around like they're the happiest, most content critters in the whole entire world, and this quote could not be more correct!
Happy Hump Day, tell me: What brightened your day?
You may have noticed the never-before-heard title 'Shout-Out Wednesday' - it is a new segment here on BBXO and let's see if you like it!
For the first post in this series I'd like to introduce the Sorted Food boys! They're known as the UK's largest social media cookery channel and I can say that they're my favourite YouTube cooking channel!
I was lucky enough to meet them in Summer and The City last summer (which there's a post about here) - they were super lovely and I had the most embarrassing way of saying hello to them - basically I stared at them for like a minute and then screamed 'OH MY GOD, can I get a picture???' and they just laughed... yes, it was as embarrassing as it sounds (I got the pic btw)!
With a couple of books released and many items in their webstore, I'd definitely say they're doing a great job! Another thing I love about them is their quality of videos - with a sense of humour infused with yummy food and easy ways to make them, I think they're definitely worth checking out.
So, if you're a foodie, love efficiency and don't mind laughing at your computer screen - you'll love Sorted Food!
Do you watch cooking shows too, or prefer to whip things up by mixing and matching whatever you feel like?
It's Friday again! What a relief! I feel like this week has really dragged out, yet can you believe it's the first Friday of February?! We're already in the second month of 2014!! Just stating the obvious here…
Anyway, so seeing as I had not done a single Weekly Roundup last month, I feel this is necessary. I miss showing you little bits of the week as every week should be cherished - you will never get another exactly like it!
Things I watched:
'The Fault in Our Stars' by John Green has been such a talked about book and soon-to-be-released film. I have yet to read the book yet you may have done so. The reviews of the book are all amazing and just watching the trailer has made me super excited about it! I like the storyline shown in the trailer - that everyone finds their happiness, and everyone deserves to be happy!
Next Movie to see:
This week I have heard so much about the movie Frozen. It is said to be a great feel-good Disney movie with great songs! haha! Maybe it's time to go back and watch a Disney film, why not?
I follow Barbara Palvin on Twitter - as I was scrolling through my News Feed these popped up. If you're on twitter then you might have realised the new(ish) layout whereby the images show up even if you don't click them. Well, when Barbara posted these, they caught my eye and I actually LOL-ed. It was a bit embarrassing as people around me must have thought I was crazy, but I just thought it was so funny! Barbara simply stunning, and she has a great sense of humour - what more could you ask for?! :O
Being it Valentines Day next week, I thought this was appropriate to share! haha! My favourite is the Kanye one as I love that song and remember when I went to Disney Land, Timone and Pumba sang it! It was a good time!
Okay, for some reason there is a lot of Disney in this week's post - which I find a little bit weird!
Anyway, I hope you have a fabulous weekend!
I feel I haven't done a Motivational Monday in ages.. the last time I did was 2 months ago! So, being it Monday, a motivational thought is due, and if you can have a great start to the week, or day, or even a good start to the next hour of your life, it's worth it…
A lot of the time life just passes by, yet we don't make the most of it - so Enjoy the Little Things like enjoy your cuppa tea or watching the sun rise or even making someone smile by saying Good Morning…
